The studio sits inside Azure North, a resort development rather than a plain condominium — pools, a clubhouse and a gym, all a lift ride from the door. Pool and amenity access is charged by the property at its own counter and is not part of the nightly rate.

The studio

High floor, balcony over the towers

A privately owned studio at Azure North, finished with fluted wood, hand-troweled microcement and warm cove lighting — closer to a small hotel suite than a rental. There is a proper queen bed, a kitchenette stocked down to the cutlery, and a balcony that catches the afternoon light. Resort access downstairs, and nobody at a front desk asking why you are still in a robe at noon.

Booking direct means no platform service fee. The rate covers 2 guests. Children 3 and under and below 3 feet stay free; anyone aged 4 or over counts as a chargeable guest. The calendar always shows the real nightly rate before you commit to anything.

Collected by the building at their own counter, so it is not part of your booking total. Parking, by contrast, is booked and paid with your stay.

No parking on the driveway. Azure North does not permit parking along or beside its driveway, and penalties are enforced. If you do not add secured tower parking, use the pay parking facility near Home Depot — it is run by a separate operator at its own rates, not by Azure North or by us.

Before you book

House rules

  • No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the balcony.
  • No pets, in line with building policy.
  • No parties or events — this is a residential tower.
  • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Maximum 5 guests in total, children included.
  • Valid government ID required at check-in for building registration.
  • Tell us in advance if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking guidance.

Arrive from 3:00 PM. Out by 12:00 NN.

Cancellation

Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, up to 1 day before check-in, are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows and cancellations on the day of check-in are non-refundable.

Stay a while.

Pick your dates and pay by QR. GCash and BPI transfers are checked by hand and confirmed within 24 hours; PayMongo confirms in seconds for a 2% fee. No platform service fee either way, and you are dealing with the owner rather than a call centre.
